Tire and Wheel Purchase Policy
**All Sales Final Policy for Wheels and Tires**
At Eazy Wheel Repair, we strive to provide the highest quality products and excellent customer service. To maintain this standard and due to the nature of wheels and tires, **all sales are final**. Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase:
1. No Returns or Exchanges**
Once a purchase for wheels or tires is completed, the sale is considered final. This means that the product cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect fitment
- Changes in customer preference
- Mistakes in ordering (e.g., wrong size, style, or finish)
2. Inspection at Delivery**
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the wheels and/or tires upon delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies with the order must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
3. Warranty and Defective Products**
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe the product has a manufacturer defect, you may be eligible for a replacement under the manufacturer's warranty, provided the issue is reported promptly.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer after reporting the issue to Eazy Wheel Repair.
- Any damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification are not covered.
4. Custom and Special Orders**
Orders for custom wheels or tires (including custom sizes, finishes, or designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, as these products are made specifically to customer specifications.
5. Installation and Fitment**
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the wheels or tires they purchase are the correct fitment for their vehicle. Improper installation or incorrect fitment may void any applicable warranties and could cause damage to the product or vehicle. We highly recommend having products installed by a qualified professional.
6. Limited Exceptions**
The only exceptions to this "All Sales Final" policy are as follows:
- Products damaged during shipping and reported within 48 hours.
- Incorrect items shipped by Eazy Wheel Repair.
In such cases, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Final Agreement**
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product and understand that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed after the sale is finalized.
Center Caps, Hubcaps and Wheel Covers
The materials used to manufacture these parts age along with the rest of your vehicle. Chips, cracks and breakage sometimes do occur during the tire changing process. The integrity of the caps along with their ability to adhere to their rims is sometimes negatively impacted by time. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to prevent any damage of these aged parts during the tire changing process..In the event that loss or damage does inadvertently occur to these parts Eazy Wheel Repair will not be held responsible.
Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors
It is common for Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors to stop functioning over the lifespan of your vehicle. Currently, these sensors are powered by batteries similar to those found in a key fob or watch. Eazy Wheel Repair can give you a free quote on replacing and/or programming new Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors. In the event that one of your Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors is detached during the tire changing process we will make sure that the sensor is reattached to the rim. In the event that a Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor is detached we cannot compensate you with a new Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor. We can only perform the reattachment.
Rim Defacement
Eazy Wheel Repair takes several precautions to prevent damage and scratches to rims. These precautionary measures include, but are not limited to, using rim protectors on the mount/dismount heads of our tire changing machines and using cloths at the claws to provide a barrier. Though highly effective, this system, like any other, is not perfect. This is especially true if there are additional factors that may cause troubles from the start such as painted rims that were poorly prepped when being painted. In these scenarios we do not assume liability and responsibility for the damages. We sincerely apologize for whatever inconvenience this may cause.
Lift and Jack Precautions
Though we do our best to spot any concerns that may come about while jacking up your vehicle we do ask that you, the customer, are proactive in letting us know if there are any known issues or specialty factors that need to be taken into place by the technician prior to working on your vehicle. Known issues that could cause problems during the lifting of a vehicle include: severe undercarriage rust, axle issues, a compromised frame, etc. If this information is not given to us up front and prior to raising the vehicle on the lift, it will be factored into our initial assessment and our quote will include the fees necessary to repair said damage.
Also, if you know that your vehicle uses air suspension please advise the manager on duty before the start of service. These types of suspension sometimes have required steps in place that need to be taken prior to raising up the vehicle. In the event that management at Eazy Wheel Repair is not alerted to special jack or lift requirements they will not be held liable for any resulting damage. Air suspensions are more commonly found in luxury vehicles.
Custom Product Policy and Fulfillment

By placing a custom order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Custom Product Orders
Definition of Custom Products:
Custom products refer to any wheels, rims, or related accessories that are tailored or modified according to your specifications. This may include unique finishes, sizes, designs, or repairs requested by the customer.
Custom Order Process:
• Initial Consultation: You will work with our team to discuss your custom product needs. This may include choosing specific sizes, finishes, colors, or designs, as well as any other special requirements.
• Order Confirmation: Once all specifications are agreed upon, we will provide a detailed confirmation of the custom product, including design features, pricing, and estimated delivery times.
• Design Approval: For custom wheel designs, you may be required to approve a final mockup or rendering before production begins. This approval must be provided in writing (email or signed form) to proceed.
2. Payment Terms
Deposit:
All custom product orders require a deposit of 75% of the total purchase price before production or modifications begin. This deposit is non-refundable once production has started.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the custom product and prior to shipment or installation. For in-person pickups, payment can be made at the time of pickup.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal), and cash.
3. Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline
Production Timeline:
Custom products generally require 7 days to manufacture or modify, depending on the complexity of the order. You will be provided with an estimated production timeline upon confirmation of the order.
Delays:
While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances (such as material shortages or shipping delays) may affect the production and delivery schedule. Eazy Wheel Repair will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
Shipping:
If you request shipping for your custom product, we will provide tracking information once the product is shipped. Shipping fees will be outlined in your order confirmation. Shipping timelines vary based on your location.
In-Store Pickup:
If you prefer to pick up your custom product at our location, we will notify you when it is ready. Custom products must be picked up within 7 days of notification, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Changes to Custom Orders
Modifications to Orders:
Once production has started, changes to custom orders may not be possible. Any requested changes are subject to additional fees and may delay the fulfillment timeline. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your order.
Cancellations:
Custom product orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to cancel an order prior to production, the deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be returned.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Custom Product Return Policy:
Due to the nature of custom products, all sales are final. Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production is complete and the product has been delivered or installed, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Defective Products:
If a custom product arrives defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repairs or, in certain cases, a replacement. Please note that normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use are not covered under this policy.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all specifications (including sizes, finishes, and designs) are accurate at the time of order confirmation. Eazy Wheel Repair is not responsible for any discrepancies resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Inspection Upon Receipt:
We recommend that you inspect all custom products upon delivery or pickup to ensure they meet your expectations and specifications. Any issues should be reported immediately.
Proper Use and Maintenance:
Once installed, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly maintain and care for custom products. Eazy Wheel Repair is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
7. Warranty
Limited Warranty:
Custom products may come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship. The terms of the warranty will vary depending on the manufacturer and the type of custom product. Please inquire at the time of purchase for details on warranty coverage.
Exclusions:
Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, improper use, or unauthorized modifications to the product.

3. Warranty on Workmanship
Although all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If there are any defects related to the repair itself (such as poor welding, incorrect refinishing, etc.) within 12 Months of the repair, please return the wheel(s) to our facility for inspection. Excludes wheels with 3 or more cracks.
• This warranty covers only the specific repair performed and excludes any damages caused by road hazards, improper installation, or subsequent accidents.
• The warranty will be void if the wheels are taken to another repair facility or improperly installed.
4. Custom and Specialty Services
For any custom finishes or specialty work performed (e.g., powder coating, custom colors, etc.), no changes or refunds will be issued once the work is completed. Any additional modifications or adjustments will require a new service request and associated fees.
5. Responsibility for Installation
Eazy Wheel Repair is responsible solely for the repair of the wheels. We are not liable for the installation of the wheels on your vehicle or any damage resulting from improper installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that wheels are installed correctly by a professional.
6. Exceptions to the Policy
The only exceptions to this policy will be:
• Repairs that fail to meet our agreed-upon standards, as identified before the customer leaves our facility.
• Cases where the service provided does not match the original agreement.
In these instances, Eazy Wheel Repair will take steps to correct the issue, either through additional repairs or, in rare cases, a partial refund if we are unable to meet the expected repair standards.
